Monday Montage Week #121

Hello everyone! It's Monday Montage time! I have some Thank You cards to share with you that I made for some wonderful neighbors. They brought over dinner and flowers when my 16 year old daughter was very ill last week. I wanted to make them each a special card to let them know how much we love and appreciate them! And the Beautiful Bouquet and matching Bouquet Bunch Framelits were perfect for the job!

The pictures don't do these cards justice! They are colorful and the flowers just pop right off of the white background.
Here is a close up of the first card I made:

I sponged all the edges of the leaves and flowers to add some dimension. I also sponged some Old Olive Ink on top of the vellum cardstock sprigs to give them some color!
Here is the second card:
Ok, true confessions time! I was going to do the second card just like the first card, but when I stamped the sentiment onto the card front, the ink smeared just a tad. I covered it up with a new sentiment punched out with the Pretty Label Punch! Which card do you like best?

Thanks for stopping by!  I'm sure you don't want to miss out on any of the projects my friends have for you so keep on hopping! 2. Love the cards - but peering at that white textured background and wondering is it an embossing folder or a diecut? Would love to know! Thanks for sharing!
