It's the Monday Montage Blog Hop and we are so glad you are spending some time with us! 

I made this for a family friend that is leaving soon to serve a mission for our church, and we are just so happy and excited for him!!

This card is a bit of a mash-up because I used several different sets, but the Rays of Light Stamp is the star of this card! The large sunshine image is so cheerful and just awesome! And all of the sentiments in the Good Feelings Stamp Set work perfectly with it, don't you think? I chose the "I'm just so happy for you" sentiment, but I masked the first two words because this card was from my whole family, not just me. I used the Spiral Notebook Die from the Blossoms of Happiness Die Set and the stars are from the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies. The Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots were the finishing touch.

Monday Montage Week #225

  

Hello and welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop! This is week #225! Time sure does fly when you're having fun!

Today I am hoping that nice fall weather returns before winter sets in for good here! So, here is a fall thank you card for your enjoyment!

The Fond of Autumn Bundle was one of the first bundles I ordered from the July-December Mini Catalog. The beautiful images caught my eye right away! So I immediately thought of this bundle when I set out to make this card. And I love the way it turned out! I used the copper embossing folder from the Metallic Embossing Powders to emboss everything on the card. Then I used Stampin' Blends to colot it all in. One tip-be careful when coloring in the imaged. The Blends will rub off the embossing. To avoid this, I tried to color right up to the embossed lines, but not over them.

Monday Montage Week #224

 

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are having a great day! I am loving this fall weather and I hope that winter is still a ways off! What is the weather like where you are? 

We have been invited to several weddings in the last few months, so I have been making lots of wedding cards! Here is the latest one:

This card features the beautiful Abigail Rose Suite and the stars of the show are the Cottage Flowers Dies and the Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper (DSP). I wanted the card to be soft and pretty, but I also wanted a pop of color. So, I used the black and white floral print in the DSP for the background, then I cut one of the flowers out with the coordinating die from the Cottage Flowers Dies-don't you just love it when the images on the DSP are sized just right for the dies? Then I colored the image with Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink Stapin' Blends. I added a strip of coodinating DSP and some Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon to and some elegance.

Hello hoppers! Are you ready for another round of the Monday Montage Blog Hop? I hope so! We have a lot of great projects to share so let's get started! 

Today I wanted to share the card that I made for my son's birthday.  Wolves were his favorite animals when he was younger, so this card is what I came up with!

The Wildlife Wonder Stamp Set was perfect for this card! And I created the background by using a Blending Brush, Pumpkin Pie Ink and the plaid mask in the Artistic Mix Decorative Mask Set. Then I added the thin stripes with a Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Marker and a ruler. So easy to get that plaid background!

Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have missed the last couple of hops due to family stuff and travel, so I am happy to be back and hopping today! And thank you for being here too! 

Sale-a-Bration is coming to an end this week, so I am paying tribute to my favorite stamp set and dies from the Sale-a-Bration offerings...the Hippest Hippos Stamp Set and the Hippo Dies!!!

Can you see why these products are my favs? Aren't those little hippos adorable? And the dies are so FUN!! There are so many cute dies to add to these little characters. So, I made a card featuring each little hippo!

Here is a little feminine birthday card with the metal tub die! How cute is that? And next up is a boy birthday card!

The little boat and sunglasses are adorable! The Sentiment on the both birthday cards is from the Sunkissed Stamp Set on page 69 in the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog. And last we have the super pinkalicious love you card!

Monday Montage #217

 

Happy 4th of July! And happy Monday Montage Blog Hop! I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday here in the good ol' USA! And to our friends that don't celebrate the 4th of July, I hope you are having a wonderful Monday as well!!

I needed a wedding card recently for some good friends, so I pulled out my Artistically Inked Stamp Set and the coordinating Artistic Dies and was pleasantly surprised at how fast this card came together!

This stamp set and coordinating dies are so fantastic! With very little effort, you can get a gorgeous, artsy card! For the background, I used the large background stamp and Petal Pink and Calypso Coral (stamped off) Stampin' Pads. It was still a little bright so I added a layer of vellum so the Flowers would stand out.

Don't you just love the beautiful, white flowers and leaves in the background? They are cut out with one die and add so much to the card! The sentiment is from the Art Gallery Stamp Set, cut out with Floral Gallery Dies and is gold embossed. I finished off the card with the For Everything Fancy Sequins for a perfect for bit of sparkle! I wish the newlyweds well in their life together!!

Monday Montage Week #216

  

Do you struggle with masculine cards? The struggle is real for me sometimes! So today, for the Monday Montage Blog Hop, I am featuring some masculine cards that can be made for any occasion. I made them for my dad and father -in-law for Father's Day, but these cards would be perfect for birthdays, retirement, thinking of you etc!

Aren't these cards so great?! The Rugged Icon Dies are wonderful for masculine cards! I love them! The mountain scene die is to "die" for!!!

Here is a close-up of the card I made for my dad:

Both cards have the same basic layout, but I wanted to add the fishing pole die to my dad's card because fishing is his favorite hobby. Don't you love the little rainbow trout?

And here is a close-up of the card I made for my father-in-law:

On both cards I used the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and tore the edges of the cardstock. I inked it all up with a Sponge Dauber and Soft Suede Ink to make the woodgrain standout. The sentiment is from the He's All That Stamp Set-another great set for masculine cards!
