Gnomes for all Seasons-Winter Gnomes!!

Hi everyone!

I am back with day #2 of Gnomes for all Seasons! And today I am sharing my Winter Gnomes card with you! This card was made like the set was meant to be used, no masking! And oh, so cute!

For the path on this card I used a sponge dauber and Smoky Slate ink and dabbed very lightly.
I used Stampin' Blends to color in everything, and then cut out the gnomes with my trusty Paper Snips.
The darling tags are in the Little Treat Box Dies. I wanted both ends of the tag to be scalloped, so after cutting the tags, I inserted it back into the die so the scallop edge could cut the straight side.
Stampin' Write Markers did the trick for a multi colored sentiment. All you have to do is color directly onto the stamp, huff on it to moisten it and stamp! I always use my Stamparatus so I can stamp the image multiple times to make sure it is dark and crisp!
I used Shimmery Crystal Effects to outline the bark on the tree to make it look a little frozen and the Real Red Breaded Linen Trim and a Jingle Bell were perfect for the finishing touches!
I hope you enjoyed today's gnome card! Check back tomorrow for the spring version!

Have a great day!

Gnomes For All Seasons-Fall Gnomies!

Hello!

I am so excited to share all of my gnome cards this week! Recently I ordered the Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set, and I love it! I adore it! The little gnomes are so cute, and really more versatile than you may think! Gnome for the Holidays is a Christmas set, but with a few little tweaks, a few additional products and some fussy cutting, the gnomes are good to go for any season of the year!

Today I am sharing my fall version of Gnome for the Holidays!

This is the first card I made with this set! This is the card that started the wheels turning and got my creative juices flowing!

I started with the gnomes. For the green and orange gnome, all I had to do was trim trim off the ornament and the mistletoe hanging off his hat when I was cutting him out. I used Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends to color him in, with a little Light Smoky Slate on his beard.
For the red gnome, I masked off the snowflakes on his hat. In order to mask off the snowflakes, I stamped the hat on the sticky side of a Post It Note. After cutting the hat out inside the hat lines , I stuck it onto the stamp and inked it up. Remember to remove the mask before you stamp! Then I stamped the image onto my cardstock and Voila! No snowflakes on my gnomie's hat! I used Poppy Parade and Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends on this guy!

To make the path coming from the tree, I tore a scrap of cardstock to get an uneven edge and held it in place where I wanted the path to be. Then I used a Sponge Dauber to lightly apply the ink-Crumb Cake for the path, and Old Olive for the grass.

I used Bronze and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends for the trunk and  Daffodil Delight Blends for the lights. The leaves are from the Beautiful Autumn Stamp Set, colored with Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie Blends.

The Pumpkin are from the Gather Together Bundle.

Just an FYI-the Merry and Bright Online Extravaganza is happening now-today only (Nov. 24th).  The Stampin' Blends are 10% off!

Monday Montage Week #178-Gnomes For All Seasons!

Hello and thank you for joining our Monday Montage Blog Hop! I am so, so, so excited to show you my projects for the hop today! But first, a little back story!

I have looked through the August-December Mini Catalog countless times, but I never really noticed the Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set. It's tucked up in the top of page 23-if you haven't seen it, go take a look! One day, one of my amazing customers placed an order and she ordered Gnome for the Holidays. As I was placing the order, I looked at the set and it finally jumped out at me!! I saw all of the possibilities that the set had to offer and decided to order it as well. And I am so glad I did! It has been so much fun playing with this adorable set! The first thing I did was make a fall Gnome card. And it went on from there until I had made a card for each season!

Have a look!

Gilded Autumn Suite Thanksgiving Table Setting!

 Hello Friends!

Thanksgiving is less than a week away! Can you believe it? I love Thanksgiving! I love everything about it! The food, focusing on our blessings, the food, family, the food...😂.

So, with Thanksgiving right around the corner, I came up with a fun table setting to make the holiday a little more festive!

This was a quick and easy project using the Gilded Autumn Suite! The Specialty Designer Series Paper is so gorgeous with the metallic accents!

I made the napkin ring by embossing Cajun Craze cardstock with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder. Then I layered the DSP on top with a little strip of Early Espresso tied with Linen Thread and added one of the acorn trinkets.

The Gathered Leaves Dies make the most beautiful embossed leaves! I made this votive candle holder using the cardboard ring from a package of Glue Dots! It's the perfect size!

And don't forget the name tags for the place settings! The Make a Difference Stamp Set makes this a breeze!

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Thanks for stopping by!!
