Monday Montage Week #198

Hello! Thank you for joining us for our Monday Montage Blog Hop! I am so excited for today's hop! Fall is finally here and so is spooky season! Halloween is such a fun holiday and a family favorite! I really enjoy decorating and making fun, cute projects. I don't love the gruesome and scary parts of Halloween,  but I'm all about pumpkins,  black cats and witch hats! In the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog there are some really great Halloween products that are right up my alley! The Frightfully Cute Bundle is the first bundle I ordered! Here a few projects that were so fun to make!

I should've centered them in the picture a little better! Isn't this bundle fun?!! And the tombstone treat boxes are so cute! Here are some closeups!

Here are some of my tips for these projects: first come up with one focal point for your sentiments, then change it up just a bit for each project.  Second,  the thin label Die from the Frightful Tags Dies makes great tombstones and borders for the card! Third, you can color the darling Black & White Gingham Ribbon with Stampin' Blends! Fourth, you can cut the center of of the Tombstone Treat Boxes with the die of your choice and even make it into a shaker treat box!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm sure you don't want to miss out on any of the projects my friends have for you so keep on hopping! You can click the next button to see Wendy's amazing work, or click the back button to check out Cheryl's fabulous project. Either way you hop, I hope you find something that inspires you! 1. Love your Halloween projects. I'd love to recreate your witch card for my granddaughter but I can't figure out where to find that gray background paper. I'd appreciate it if you would let me know where to find it. Thank you!

    1. Thank you Nancy! I made the background paper to match the Tombstone Treat Boxes! I used Basic Gray Cardstock and then dabbed White Craft Ink onto it with a baggie! I just held a crumbled baggie in my hand and dabbed it onto the ink pad, then dabbed the crinkled baggie onto the gray cardstock. It's a fun technique that has some cool effects! It can look like leather too! I hope that helps!
