Monday Montage Week #192

Hello everyone! I am so excited to be hopping again after a few weeks off. Summer is fun but crazy for me, so I haven't had much time to stamp! But I did a marathon stamp session last Saturday night and made two Father's Day cards and one get well card. Even though Father's Day has passed, today I am going to share the two cards that I made because they could easily be made into masculine birthday cards. And we all need masculine card ideas, am I right? The first one I am sharing went to my wonderful hubby!

This was a fun card to make! My husband cooks every Sunday-I know, I am spoiled! And to tell you the truth, he is a better cook than I am! I can follow a recipe, but he can actually cook-with no recipes! He just throws things together, and everything he makes tastes great! And this year he asked for a new apron for one of his Father's Day gifts, so of course I had to make a cooking themed card to go with it! And the What's Cookin' Bundle did the trick! I also used the May 2021 Paper Pumpkin for the sentiment and the embellishments.

The next card I have for you today is the card I made for my father-in-law.

Can I just say that some times coming up with masculine card ideas is hard? My husband's card was easy because the card idea came from his gift, but sometimes it's difficult to come up with new ideas! I have made so many outdoor themed cards for my father-in-law, and this one is no exception. But this time I used some shimmery dragonflies to add something unexpected as well! And the Layering Diorama Dies were fun to play with as well!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm sure you don't want to miss out on any of the projects my friends have for you so keep on hopping!
