Monday Montage Week #211

Welcome to our Monday Montage Blog Hop! We are so glad you are hopping with us today! Warmer days are more frequent now and I actually saw a ladybug the other day! So, to celebrate, I pulled out my Hello Ladybug Stamp Set and Ladybug Builder Punch and made a cheerful birthday card!

This is such a fun bundle! And the daisy image in the stamp set is the perfect size for the Medium Daisy Punch! On this card I punched and layered multiple images for full, dimensional flowers. And the ladybug is so cute all punched out with the Ladybug Builder Punch and little vellum wings peeking out from underneath!

Here is a closer look:

Stampin' Write Markers were perfect for adding some color to the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Celebrate You Stamp Set and the In Color Jewels were a nice finishing touch!

Monday Montage Week #210

Hello! I'm so glad you are here today for the Monday Montage Blog Hop! The weather is getting warmer and spring is finally on it's way! So, to celebrate all things spring, I made a couple of simple note cards with butterflies and flowers!

These cards are different than a lot of the ones I make because there is very little stamping on these cards. I only stamped the sentiments. The rest of the images are made with the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks!

Here is a closer look:

There are single flowers and a bunch of flowers that you can make with these masks! And the best part is, you can use the masks to layer different colors to give detail and depth to your images! They are so fun and versatile! For the floral card I used Sponge Daubers to layer the colors.

This card was so simple to make! I used the Blending Brushes to add the ink to this card, so easy and so beautiful! Just add a sentiment and you are done! I kept these cards simple, but you can add embellishments for a little more bling if you like!

Monday Montage Week #207

Happy Monday everyone! I am so glad you are hopping with us today! I am sharing a card that I made for my daughter. She just moved to New York and is having the biggest adventure of her life! She loves all things fashion, so this is what I came up with!

For this card, I combined the Dressed to Impress and Sweet Farewell Stamp Sets and I just love how it turned out! And the sentiment was exactly the message I wanted for her. She can follow her dreams and do what it takes to make them come true!

Monday Montage Week #205

Hello to all of you joining us for the Monday Montage Blog Hop! How are you faring where you are? Covid is running a little rampant here. My daughter tested postive yesterday, so we are hunkering down at our house and hoping the rest of us stay well. At least staying home gives me more time to stamp! And the new January-June 2022 Mini Catalog and the Sale-a-Bration Catalog have so many great products to stamp with! Today I have two cards to share with you featuring the Friendly Hello Bundle in the Sale-a-Bration Catalog!

Isn't this a beautiful bundle?! And the best part is that you can get this bundle FREE with a $100 purchase before taxes and shipping. The other awesome part of this bundle is how versatile it is! It is perfect for Mother's Day, thinking of you and in this case, birthday cards!

Here is a close-up of the first card!

This sweet little bird on a branch scene was so fun to create! Stampin' Blends bring vivid color and depth to the images and the splatter stamp adds some great texture to the background. The card front is layered on top of a Granny Apple Green layer cut with the Stitched Greenery Die. The Label for the sentiment is from the Scalloped Contours Dies (I love these dies!!).

Now for Card #2:

For this card I stamped the double flower image multiple times to make a frame for the Hello sentiment and colored them in with Stampin' Blends. The card front is layered on top of some of the gorgeous Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper. Then I stamped a few more flowers and fussy cut them out to layer on top of some of the flowers on the frame to add some dimension.

Here is a photo of the layers!

Monday Montage Week #203

It's that time again! Monday Montage Blog Hop time! The Christmas Season is already in full swing! What kind of Christmas crafter/stamper are you? Do you plan ahead and make all of your projects ahead of time? Or do you cram in as much Christmas crafting as you can in December? I am firmly sitting on both sides. I do try to make as much as I can ahead of time, but there is always plenty of crafting and card making left to do in December! So, today I am sharing three easy Christmas projects made with the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite, that I hope will help you in your preparations for the holiday season!

I'll start with a little info about the card! First of all, the hardest thing about this card was fussy cutting the little cookie images from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6x6 Designer Series Paper (DSP). And I shouldn't even use the word hard-it just took a few minutes to cut them out. The rest of the card was a breeze!

The majority of this card comes from the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Card Pack! If you haven't ever bought a Memories & More Card Pack, do yourself a favor and grab one today! They are great for scrapbooks, but they are perfect for quick and gorgeous cards as well! I cut down two of the larger cards for the background DSP, used one of the cookie sheet dies, one each of the adorable oven mitt and spatula dies, one sentiment and three little red circles to complete this card! SO easy! I used Basic White for the card base and for the piece behind the cookie sheet so that the cookies would stand out and that was it!

Next Up is this cute little gift jar that I re-purposed!

Have you ever heard of Cold Infuse Water Enhancers? They are great for adding a bit of flavor to your water without any sugar. And the label peels off the plastic jar and you are left with a great option for a quick gift! And the lid is already silver-so festive!

Here is the top of the jar!

I used Real Red Cardstock and Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP (I had to adhere to pieces together so it would go around the jar) and Real Red 3/8" Sheer Ribbon to make the belly band. The scalloped circle and circles are from the Layering Circles Dies, the sentiment is from the Frosted Gingerbread Stamp Set, the labels are from the Seasonal Labels Dies and so is the tag! Just cut one end off of the label, add a strip of DSP and punch a hole is the top, add some Simply Elegant Trim and viola! You have a tag! The little Sticker snow flakes in the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Card Pack and some Basic Rhinestones added just the right amount of bling!

And last but not least...

This goodie bag makes the perfect little gift! In this case, a December birthday gift! The tag is created the same way as mentioned above, and the sentiment is from the Shaded Summer Stamp set, heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.

One more thing before you move on to the next blog! The Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite is retiring!!! If you would like any of these products, don't wait! They are while supplies last! You can find the supply list at the bottom of this post. You can click on the entire suite below, or the individual products in the suite.

Christmas Season-Season's Greetings!

Happy December!

I  truly can't believe that December has come! 2021 is flying by for me-how about you? And since Christmas will be here before I have time to blink, the Christmas crafting and card making is in full swing!

Today I am joining in the Global Design Project Challenge #320 with a Christmas card featuring the Christmas Season Bundle! The Challenge this week is to case the designer! This is what I came up with!

This sketch is fantastic! It is so classy and elegant! With this sketch, I wanted to make a beautiful but more simple card so that the images in the Christmas Season Stamp Set can really shine! And I needed it to be fairly flat because it is going in the mail to some friends. It is so hard for me to resist adding layers and bling, but I did it! And I am so happy with the result!

Here is a close-up!

And here is the original sketch!

Want to join in the challenge? You have through Sunday!

Thanks for stopping by!
